Fall Gigs

Well, after the magical summer I had, I admit that it’s been hard to get back to coming home and settling in for the fall, but here I am, back at it. And, yes, I have a new gig or two to tell you about.
Friday, I’m back for my old third Friday set at the Neutral Ground, at 10 pm. Saturday, September 21 I’m playing a special country string band show with The Sweet Olive String Band, at Abita Springs Town Hall. The Sweet Olive String Band is Mike Kerwin, Pat Flory, Rob Schafer, and me. And we have a CD.
Next Thursday, 9/26, I’m back in Breaux Bridge, playing a special Thursday night show of traditional Cajun music, along with a few of those original songs, etc., at Joie de Vivre Cafe.
You can find all my upcoming gigs on my website here.
Speaking of which–I think I said this last month, but it’s worth repeating–if you’ve looked at my website lately, you know that it’s been revamped, chock full of songs and videos thanks to the good folks at BANDPAK www.bandpak.com marketing and web design roadies that help musicians with their, well, marketing and websites. They’re new, they’re local, and they do excellent work.
